How we keep your account safe
Security at take5ny runs on multiple layers. Every session is protected at the connection level, login is verified with a one-time passcode, and your transaction history is logged and receipted. Your personal and payment data is stored under strict access controls — only the systems that need it can read it, and we never share it with third parties outside of payment processing.
SSL-Encrypted Connection
Every page on take5ny loads over an SSL-encrypted connection. Your data — login credentials, payment details, session activity — travels through a secure channel that cannot be read in transit.
Login Verification
When you sign in from a new device or browser, we send a one-time passcode to your registered email or phone. Confirm it to proceed — unrecognized devices don't get through without that step.
Transaction Records
Every deposit and withdrawal generates a timestamped record visible in your account history. We also send an email receipt so you have an independent copy outside the platform.
Data Storage Controls
Personal and payment data is stored in access-controlled environments. Role-based permissions limit internal access, and payment details passed to PayPal, Venmo, or Play+ follow each provider's own security standards.
Offers for new accounts
New casino accounts can view their welcome offer in the Promotions tab after completing identity verification and making a first deposit. Terms apply.
Open Your Account
New sportsbook accounts may see a first-bet offer on eligible NFL or college football markets — check the Promotions tab after account setup to confirm eligibility. Terms apply.
Open Your AccountWays to reach us from your account
Whether you're sorting out a withdrawal question or need help with identity verification, there are three ways to get in touch. Live chat is the fastest route — start a conversation right from the account menu without leaving the lobby.
Slots, live dealer, and sports in one place
The take5ny lobby runs titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and PG Soft — so you'll find Everglades Spins and Gates of Olympus in the slot rooms, Prime Time Blackjack at the live tables, and a full NFL sportsbook with point spreads, moneylines, and same-game parlays for college football and the NBA alongside it. Players in Pittsburgh can reach the lobby in seconds on any browser without a separate download.

Play on any device, anytime
take5ny runs in any modern browser on your phone, tablet, or desktop — switch between devices mid-session and your wallet balance and game history follow you automatically.
Payment methods we support
We built the cashier around the payment apps New Yorkers already use every day. Link your PayPal account in the cashier, tap confirm, and funds move to your wallet. Venmo works the same way — select it from the deposit screen and authorize through the Venmo app. Play+ is our prepaid card option: load it, then use it exactly like a debit card. Withdrawals route back through the same method you deposited with, and we send a confirmation receipt to your email once the transaction is processed.

How to find what you want inside take5ny
The main navigation sits at the top of every page — Casino, Sportsbook, and Account are the three primary tabs. Inside Casino, the left rail filters by category: Slots, Live Dealer, Table Games, and Jackpot Slots each have their own shelf. Use the search bar to pull up a specific title like Prime Time Blackjack or the NHL Hockey Same-Game Parlay Guide without scrolling. The Sportsbook tab opens NFL point spreads, college football moneylines, and NBA player props directly. Your account area — wallet, history, settings — is always one tap from the profile icon in the top-right corner regardless of which section you're browsing.
Slots, live dealer rooms, and table games are organized under Casino. Use the category filter on the left to narrow by type, or search by title — Gates of Olympus and Moon Crash are both in the Slots shelf.
NFL same-game parlays, college football point spreads, NBA player props, and MLB moneylines are all under the Sportsbook tab. Markets update in line with game schedules — check back before kickoff for the freshest lines.
You can jump from a live blackjack table to the NFL board and back without logging out or reloading. The top navigation bar stays visible across sections so switching takes a single tap.
Tap the profile icon — top-right on every screen — to reach your wallet balance, deposit and withdrawal history, active offers, and account settings. Payment preferences, including your linked PayPal or Venmo, are managed from there.
